Diversify Your Retirement Portfolio with This Unique Asset Class within Commercial Real Estate

When it comes to commercial real estate investing, medical office buildings can provide a stable cash flow and long-term value due to healthcare reform, an aging population, and stability/institutionalization of tenancy.

What would make this type of investment even more attractive, is knowing that this type of investment can be held within a tax-advantaged retirement account - a self-directed IRA. This would be ideal for investors who are comfortable making their own investment decisions and wish to use their retirement savings to invest outside of the stock market. This strategy provides an opportunity to diversify one's retirement portfolio, hedge against stock market volatility, and gain better control over their investment returns.

Our expert co-hosts, Wythe Capital, know everything there is to know about the medical office building market and we want to share it with you! Coupled with our expertise in the self-directed IRA realm, you will walk away from this presentation with more insight than what we mentioned above, including:

  • A deeper dive into the medical office building market and its dynamics (supply/demand, tenancy, rent drivers)
  • A differentiation between medical office buildings and other property types, such as traditional suburban offices
  • Concrete examples and case studies of successful medical office building investments
  • A rationale on how medical office buildings can provide a stable cash flow and long-term value

And, of course, we'll tie all of this back to how this type of investment can be held within a self-directed IRA as well as an overview of SDIRAs and best practices.

If this strategy piques your interest, register now using the form provided.

If you can't make it, no worries -- a recording will be made available following the live presentation.
