If you're a sophisticated real estate investor, there are plenty of creative avenues that are passive in nature -- and great options to be held with a tax-advantaged retirement account, like a self-directed IRA.
Moreover, you do not need to be located within a specific geographic area to take advantage of certain types of investment opportunities. Passive note investments can be done from the comfort of your home or office with little involvement required.
During this webinar session, we'll be covering how you can expand your reach by investing in underperforming mortgage notes, and how you can do that using a self-directed IRA.
