Presented by Next Generation and Upside Avenue

Upside Avenue Webinar Series_Landing Page

Planning on investing in real estate this year?

Learn how to evaluate REITs with real data in the second part of our three-part series. In this presentation, Rosch Wadera from Upside Avenue will demonstrate how to use data from an actual public REIT and go through the steps and information you need to evaluate the performance and investment strategy of a real REIT, whether it is private or publicly-traded. You will leave with a better understanding of how to assess what REITs are worth your investment.

We’ll also hear from Next Generation’s Erica Figueiredo, who will touch on how private REITs can be included as an investment within a tax-advantaged retirement vehicle, like a self-directed IRA, and why these accounts make for a unique retirement and wealth building strategy.
